The People vs. Project 2025 is a national organizing campaign designed to connect, amplify, and mobilize artists and cultural workers that are confronting — or are ready to confront — the Trump administration and Project 2025, a coordinated authoritarian agenda threatening democracy, civil rights, and cultural freedom in the United States.

Starting with the No Kings protests on March 28, 2026 we are encouraging and organizing artists and cultural workers to take a leading role in mass rallies across the country in the run up to the Congressional midterm elections. To get involved please sign on to our mailing list and we will be in touch.

To kick off the election year, on January 11, 2026, during the APAP Confence in New York, we worked with the Center for Artistic Activism and the Theatre Communications Group to stage a training for artists and cultural workers to engage in activism. Please contact us about staging trainings for your community.

As a prototype action, on October 18, 2025 we worked with choreographer. Eric Kupers (artistic director of Dandelion Dance Theater and The Wandering Ensemble) to create WE GOT THE POWER, a flash dance that was performed at the No Kings Rallies in San Francisco and Santa Rosa in California and Portland, Oregon. WE GOT THE POWER is an open source template for public performance actions towards liberation and social justice. To stage your own version of WE GOT THE POWER, please contact us.
